Fyra Yoga is a thoughtfully designed Williamsburg yoga studio offering mindful, strength-based movement for all levels. Fyra Yoga is centrally located in Williamsburg, and offers a peaceful, loving and welcoming environment for its students to practise yoga and reconnect with themselves. It is through this environment that students can build strength over time through an exercise routine based on awareness of the breathe, knowledgeable class structure, and functional movement. Practising at Fyra Yoga will develop strength in flexibility, stability, and mental clarity while on and off the yoga mat.

Fyra Yoga caters to all levels of yogic experience, from beginners to advanced. Each class will be led by a highly qualified instructor, in a supportive yet challenging setting, provides an opportunity for yogis to learn about proper body alignment, mobility and long-term wellness. There are two types of class offerings at Fyra Yoga - invigorating flow classes to re-energize the body and calming classes to regain balance and stability. Each class created by Fyra Yoga is deliberately designed to keep you feeling empowered and centered.

The sense of community is one of the greatest things about Fyra Yoga and how we operate our studio.
