RSVSR What To Do In ARC Raiders Wrench Quest

Quick ARC Raiders guide for A Wrench in the Works: find the Spaceport bus evidence, climb the north Water Tower, and transmit Celeste's sabotage stash location.

There's a nice change of pace in “A Wrench in the Works,” especially if you've just come out of a messy Spaceport run with half the lobby shooting at you. Celeste isn't asking you to win a big fight here. She wants you to check a lead, move through a rough bit of the map, and report what you find. It's the kind of mission where good movement matters more than a stacked bag of ARC Raiders Items, though you'll still want enough gear to survive a bad turn. Go in light, keep your ears open, and don't treat it like a sightseeing trip.

Finding the bus near the western gate

Your first stop is on the west side of the Spaceport, between the Departure and Arrival buildings. If you know the road by the western gate, you're already close. Look for the bus parked near the containers and broken roadside clutter. It doesn't stand out much at first glance, which is probably why a few players run past it. Climb inside and move toward the driver's area. The evidence Celeste needs is tucked just behind the driver's seat, and the prompt should appear once you're in the right spot. Grab it and get moving. This road can turn ugly fast, especially when ARC patrols drift through or another Raider decides the bus is a perfect little ambush point.

Cutting across to the Water Towers

After you inspect the bus, the task shifts toward the Water Towers in the northwest. The distance isn't bad, so if the raid feels quiet, it's worth doing both parts in the same run. Still, don't sprint straight there without checking the lanes. The Spaceport has plenty of awkward angles, and players love watching those open paths for easy shots. Use cover where you can. Slip along the edges instead of marching down the middle of the road. You're not carrying some rare loot item for this objective, but dying before you send the data still wastes the trip.

Climbing the northern tower

At the Water Towers, head for the northernmost structure. This part is less about fighting and more about not rushing yourself into a dumb fall. Inside, you'll need to climb through platforms, scrap, and ledges until you reach the higher circular section. It's not a hard climb, but it can feel tense when you hear boots below you or shots outside. Take the extra second before each jump. A sloppy move can cost health, and limping around the tower makes you an easy target. Once you reach the correct platform, look for the “Transmit Location” interaction prompt.

Sending the data and getting out alive

The best thing about this mission is that the important part ends the moment you transmit the location. You don't have to extract with a physical quest item, which takes a lot of pressure off. Once Celeste gets the signal, the mission credit should be secured, even if your run goes sideways afterwards. That said, don't throw your life away for no reason. Check your route, listen for ARC movement, and leave if the area starts getting busy. If you're farming or planning future upgrades, it's also a good time to think about what ARC Raiders items/Material you can safely pick up on the way out without turning a simple job into a bad gamble.
